Your Integrated Service Package includes four scheduled services, carried out in the following sequence:
Service A → Service B → Service A → Service B
Designed specifically for your Mercedes-Benz electric van, these services help maintain performance, safety and reliability throughout your ownership.

Mercedes-Benz Service A

Scheduled every 12 months or 24,000 miles (whichever comes first), Service A includes essential inspections and maintenance checks, such as:

  • 18-point vehicle condition and safety inspection
  • Brake fluid, brake pad and brake disc checks
  • Seat belt inspection
  • Tyre condition assessment and recording of results
  • EV battery capacity test and recording of results
  • Brake performance test and recording of results

 

Mercedes-Benz Service B

Carried out after the next 12 months or 24,000 miles (whichever comes first), Service B includes everything in Service A, plus additional maintenance and safety checks, including:

  • Nine additional inspections, including suspension ball joints, drive shafts and struts
  • Cabin air filter replacement
  • Brake fluid replacement

 

 

 

Expert Care for Your Electric Van

After every service, your vehicle's service indicator will be reset, ensuring you receive accurate reminders when your next maintenance visit is due.
All work is carried out by Mercedes-Benz Authorised Technicians, using specialist knowledge and approved procedures to help keep your electric van performing at its best.
