We are currently seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator at our Newcastle head office.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude who has recent experience in vehicle administration. This is a demanding position, where you must be able to multi-task, have excellent attention to detail, be confident and able to deal with new challenges.
You will work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality work. Additionally, you will be able to deal with people at all levels, work unsupervised, and have excellent administration and communication skills.
Key duties will include arranging vehicle movements, processing customer orders for new and used vehicles, overseeing customers' orders from start to finish, registering, invoicing and taxing the vehicle using the AFRL system, arranging pre-delivery inspections, customer payment and handover and liasing with and supporting the sales team.
Kerridge and previous motor trade experience is preferable but not essential. Driving licence required.
