Internet-Based Product Specialist


Due to unprecedented demand we are looking for an experienced Internet-Based Product Specialist to join our high-performing van sales department.

Candidates must have a confident, positive attitude. Previous sales or customer service experience, involving both incoming and outgoing calls, excellent tele-communication skills and initiative are essential. You should pride yourself on providing excellent customer service and endeavour to meet customers needs and requirements in every instance. Organisational skills are also essential.

This is a challenging role, with duties including making in excess of 100 telephone calls per day to fulfill business requirements, effectively promoting the company products and services for sales and aftersales as directed, while identifying new business opportunities and accurately recording and allocating enquiries and all relevant information to sales and aftersales, as required for follow up. Keeping up to date with product knowledge and competitor awareness is essential. Candidates will also be responsible for updating the CRM (Kerridge and Salesforce) system daily, in respect of calls made, and update customer information.

The right candidate for this role could be home or office based, depending on their location in the country.
