About the Role
As a New Van Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving vehicle sales, generating new business opportunities and maintaining excellent relationships with both new and existing customers.
Working as part of our experienced sales team, you'll guide customers through the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, while promoting additional products and services that enhance the customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone with previous automotive sales experience who is confident, professional and passionate about achieving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell new and used vans along with associated products and services.
- Manage customer enquiries from a variety of channels.
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting and marketing activities.
- Follow up sales leads within agreed timescales.
- Arrange and conduct customer test drives.
- Achieve vehicle sales and add-on product targets.
- Maintain and organise vehicle display areas.
- Guide customers through the full sales process.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to maximise sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Negotiate and overcome objections to successfully close sales.
- Complete sales contracts and associated administration accurately.
- Work closely with colleagues across all departments to deliver an outstanding customer journey.

Essential Criteria
- Previous sales experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, reliable and punctual approach.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of the Keyloop CRM system would be advantageous.

On Target Earnings (OTE): Around £45,000 but uncapped
